PHASE 1:

DISCOVERY CALL

We start every project with a free discovery call to get to know you and how we can best be of service.

CONSULTATION | WALK-THROUGH

We meet with you in your home for a collaborative client and designer interview. In so doing, we are mutually discovering if the project is the right fit for each other. We discuss details such as your goals for the space, your design aesthetic, how you will be using the space, what inspires you, your time-frame for completion, and your budget. We try to hit the ground running and give you some design input that is unique to your space.

PROPOSAL | SCOPE OF WORK

We outline the scope of work for the design portion of the project, our design intent and goals, the estimated design fee, the advance on our design fee required to get started, the estimated timeline. The design proposal is approved and initial advance on our Design Retainer to signal the start of the project. Please note that the Design Proposal is not the same as the design plan or design presentation. The Design Proposal needs to be approved and fee advance received before we begin your design plan and presentation.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Once the proposal is accepted, we take all the information gathered during the consultation, and curate the overall design concept of the project. This is when we specify specific products and design details that bring the overall plan to life.

PHASE 2:

PROCUREMENT | PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once the overall design plan is approved, work begins. We place orders and manage the logistics of all product. We also handle communications and scheduling for all vendors and trades to manage all construction work of the project. For our virtual clients, we hand over the reins for them to handle placing orders on a schedule that suits their needs.

INSTALLATION | PHOTOGRAPHY

All specified product is installed; the final details are brought together and we finish up the project with a photo shoot. We then leave you to enjoy your new space.
